Trimming the tree

I was beginning to wonder if we would ever get the tree up this Christmas. We have so busy lately. But, finally it is done. The kids did a great job decorating the tree. Noah put the tree together all by himself!

It is always fun to see the kids look through all the ornaments, nutcrackers and snow globes. Micah never can figure out why Chloe and Noah have more than he does.

I think the hardest part of putting the tree up is realizing how quickly the kids have grown. I found a picture Noah made in kindergarten. It has his hand print and a poem about seeing his little hand prints all over the house, and how some day his hands won't be that small. Well, Noah's hands are not small anymore. Not even close. I hope you have time this holiday to sit and remember the good old times, but also to make some good now times.
