Winter Fest
We got back late last night from Arlington. We took Noah to Winterfest, (a huge youth rally that OCU puts together). Alan and Kerri kept Chloe and Micah. They had a big time going to the mall, watching movies, doing exactly what they wanted to do. Micah picked up a new hat as you can see.
Noah and his buddies got to see several bands up close like http://www.freshsunday.com/ and Drama groups like http://www.thisistheatron.com/. Jeff Walling and David Fraze spoke, Bob Stromberg was the comedic relief.
We love seeing Noah have a chance to be around other young Christians that can have fun and worship at the same time. I love for him to see a non-boring church! It is so refreshing to be around young people that are on Fire For GOD.
The focus was on not letting the junk-material posses ions-get in our way of connecting to God. I so needed to hear that, It is so easy to get caught up in all the stuff.
By the way first sunny day in like 2 weeks!
